No one cherishes the havoc periods rack on the human body, or waits in eager anticipation for PMS to kick in. It’s not enjoyable.

How it works?

CBD interacts with receptors in the Limbic system of the brain and then works to help stabilize mood. It can also influence neurotransmitters that produce and regulate hormones. It inhibits extra cortisol (the stress chemical) and can lessen the anxiety that so often comes with our period. 

Studies also show that CBD’s anti-inflammatory properties alleviate breast pain, bloating, digestive issues and cramps; along with decreasing pain felt from all these symptoms.
